This is beautiful. And on the topic of sleepovers and kids getting stuck in uncomfortable situations: My mom and I had a code, ever since my first sleepover. I would always call home to say goodnight, and if I asked “How is the cat doing?”, it meant that I wasn’t comfortable and I wanted her to pick me up. I did use this code a few times, and whenever I did, my mom came up with the excuses for me. I was never stuck at a sleepover I didn’t want to be at - and as a child with anxiety and social phobia, this was a great system.
If you plan to have children or have them then this is for you.
Dear lord, it’s scary to think that some people are going to raise their kids the way that it’s crossed out. They aren’t going to be happy children. I think there should be one on here about gender and sexuality though:
My child will:
learn that just because you are born with boy or girl parts doesn’t mean you are a boy or girl and it is the way you identify that shows whether you are a girl or boy or neither or both.
And they will also understand that it is 100% okay to fall in love with a boy or a girl or neither or both as long as they are healthy, happy and safe with their partner or partners.
I also think there should be this one:
My child will:
know that if anyone ever touches them in a way they don’t understand or don’t like that they come and talk to their mothers or fathers or mom and dad about it regardless of whether the person told them it was a game, a joke, an accident or a secret.
Because they will never, ever have to be put through what their mother was put through, but if they are, everything will be done to make sure they are healthy, happy and safe.
But I love these. And that code idea is amazing, I used to hate sleepovers and be forced to go and hate them, this world simply isn’t made for introverted people.

Always reblog
I actually really needed this right now, I know you’re not here, you’re so far away, but I heard that in your voice and I don’t think I could feel more suicidal than I do now. But your voice in my head makes me want to keep going, for you, to make you proud
reblogging because of that ^^

My little sister and I were drawing with sidewalk chalk today. While we were coloring she randomly goes, “I’m fat”. It made me want to cry. She is 7 years old, in 2nd grade, and she believes she’s fat.
Later today she also called me fat.

ugh this pisses me OFF like so what if Abercrombie sizes are too small for people? there are plus size stores and you don’t see skinny people having a fit over it! Abercrombie can do what the fuck they want thank you very much :)
Um excuse me? Fuck you very much please and thank you. Stores shouldn’t be selling clothes to specific sizes, they should try to reach EVERY person they can, that’s called marketing strategies. It’s called personal branding. This girl looks beautiful in that shirt, are you trying to deprive anyone else who could have confidence in wearing this by vomiting obnoxious shit like that? I can assume many other people wished that store had their size so they could feel this way.
I bet you shop there don’t you. Too bad their clothes won’t make your shitty disposition prettier.Reblogging along with applauding the reply to the obviously delusional comment.
ALL SIZES = ALL PEOPLE.
I don’t care about your dress size.
I don’t care if society calls you a S or an XXL.
The choice of clothing should be for EVERYONE.
It’s not illegal, it’s not bias, it’s not depending on what society deems as beautiful.
A dress or a pair of trousers should be in every size. Yes, EVERY size.
Everyone deserves to go into a store and never have to say
“Does it come in my size? Do they DO size *insert size* here?”Clothing companies, wake up. Stop pretending people were created by cookie cutter; weight, height, bra size… Any of these factors change your ‘general sizes’.
